If you are based in the USA or Canada, Mecmesin USA can take care of calibrating and repairing (if necessary) your Mecmesin force or torque tester.

Which service levels are available?
Mecmesin USA is based in Sterling, Virginia. We are fully authorised and trained to perform repairs & calibration on Mecmesin force & torque testers at our laboratory in Virginia so that you get the best level of support in the US and Canada when you need it.
Options provided are:
- verification and adjustment (where necessary) of your test instrument at our Mecmesin USA facility in Sterling, VA. Usually within 2 - 4 business days after receipt of your instrument and a P.O.
- verification and adjustment (where necessary) of your test instrument by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory - organised by Mecmesin USA. Usually within 10-12 business days after receipt of your instrument and a P.O.
A calibration certificate traceable to NIST standards is supplied with every calibration.
