If you are based outside of the USA, Canada, UK or Ireland your local distributor will take care of calibrating and repairing (if necessary) your Mecmesin force or torque tester.

Which service levels are available?
Mecmesin distributors are authorised and trained to perform repairs & calibration on our force & torque testers so that you get the best level of local support when you need it.
How they handle the calibration and repair depends on the model and capacity of the tester.
Options provided are:
- verification and adjustment (where necessary) of your test instrument by a Mecmesin distributor at his facility.
- verification and adjustment (where necessary) of your test instrument by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory - organised by your local Mecmesin distributor.
- verification and adjustment (where necessary) of your test instrument at the original manufacturer (Mecmesin UK or Mecmesin USA) - organised by your local Mecmesin distributor.
A calibration certificate traceable to national standards is supplied with every calibration.
