MultiTest

The MultiTest is a versatile tensile and compression tester controlled by software running on a PC (-i and -xt models) or as a motorised test stand (-dV model).

Available in a range of capacities as both single and twin-column from 0.5 kN right up to 50 kN, it is ideal for product testing applications according to your own test methods.

Helixa

The Helixa is a precision torque tester controlled by software running on a PC (i-model) or a touchscreen console (xt-model). Designed for precision torque applications where torque forces may be very small and accuracy is the priority.

Vortex

The Vortex is a top of the range torque tester controlled by software running on a PC ( i-model) or touchcreen (xt-model) or as a robust, stand alone motorised test stand (dV model). Accurate, easy to use and optimised for measure static torque up to 10 N.m.

A flexible solution for automated torque testing of a wide range of closures and components.

FPT-H1

The FPT-H1-i is a fully-featured test system controlled by software running on a PC.

Accurate and easy to use it is specifically designed to test the coefficient of friction, peel and tear strength of a variety of materials.

OmniTest

A versatile and easy to use materials tester, the single and twin-column OmniTest is available in 5-50 kN capacities.

Controlled by VectorPro MT, Mecmesin's newly developed materials testing software designed for use in QC and R&D laboratories.

ABCt

The ABC-t is an automated bottle closure tester to measure both initial slip and bridge torque of a complete batch of roll-on-pilfer-proof (ROPP) closures.

Automated batch testing of closures ensures repeatability without the need for an operator during the testing period.

CombiCork

The CombiCork is a purpose-built tester to reliably and objectively measure the release torque (and optionally the pull-out force) when extracting a cork from a sparkling wine or spirits bottle.

Its innovative bottle clamping design makes it quick and easy to carry out batch testing of champagne or capsulated (‘bar-top’) corks fitted to bottles ranging in size from 25cl to Magnum.

CrimpTest

CrimpTest 1 kN pull tester (Obsolete product see MultiTest-dV as an alternative option)

Motorised wire terminal tester specifically designed for ease of use and rapid throughput.

Tornado

The Tornado digital torque tester is ideally suited for the testing of application and removal torque on caps and closures.

Manually operated, the Tornado range has 4 models with capacities ranging from 1.5 - 10 N.m to cover almost all closures types and sizes.

Its ability to detect initial bridge torque and peak torque make it the instrument of choice for testing closures with tamper-evident seals.

Orbis

The Orbis digital torque tester is ideally suited for basic clockwise and counter-clockwise torque tests.

Manually operated and measuring up to 6 N.m its capacity is ideal for most caps and closures which are intended to be opened by hand.

Captest

The Captest digital torque tester is ideally suited for basic clockwise and counter-clockwise torque tests where the testing environment calls for greater protection.

Manually operated and measuring up to 5 N.m, its stainless-steel housing lends itself for testing caps and closures in medical & pharmaceutical clean-rooms and production areas where the risk of liquid splash is high.

AFG

The Advanced Force Gauge (AFG) is a powerful instrument packed full of innovative features designed to suit a breadth of tension and compression tests.

The AFG is available in 10 models with capacities ranging from 2.5 to 2500 N, catering for a diverse range of industrial applications. All models are accurate to ± 0.1% of full-scale with readings in a variety of measurement units; N, kN, mN, gf, kgf, lbf and ozf.

BFG

CFG+

The CFG+ digital force gauge represents a highly affordable alternative to mechanical gauges and features an accuracy of ±0.5% of full-scale.

There are 3 models available with maximum capacities of 50, 200 and 500 N.

Page Pull Tester Perfect binding adhesive strength tester

Page Pull Tester

The Mecmesin 'Pira' Page Pull Tester is used in over 100 binderies across the world.

It provides a robust, economical and reproducible method of measuring the page pull strength of perfect-bound books.

Shotcrete Penetrometer

The Shotcrete Penetrometer is a complete portable system for testing the compressive strength of the initial curing stage of young sprayed concrete to BS EN 14488-2 (Method A).

Simple Analogue Mechanical Force Gauge

Simple Analogue Mechanical Force Gauge

A simple solution for basic push and pull tests applied by hand.

Robust mechanical force gauges designed for general tension and compression tests up to 440 N.

Easy-to-use with an analogue dial and needle pointer, to indicate the force applied.

Myometer Muscle Strength Tester

Myometer

The Mecmesin Myometer is a highly accurate instrument suited to a wide range of muscle strength evaluations and ergonomic testing.

Developed in partnership with medical professionals, this dedicated instrument is able to perform more consistent fixed-point isometric muscle strength tests. The included accessories plus automatic calculation and display of the Constant score values provide a complete solution for quick and reliable patient assessment.
